By using StegoBench you agree to the points below.

Purpose

StegoBench is research and teaching software for comparing image steganography methods. It is not a product for protecting sensitive communication.

No warranty

The software and its results are provided as they are, without any promise of accuracy, fitness for a purpose or availability. The detectors are classical tests (RS, Weighted Stego, chi-square), so "not detected" only means "not caught by these tests". The README lists the known limits.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the images and messages you process. Do not use StegoBench to hide or distribute unlawful content, or to process material you have no right to use.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the developers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this software or from decisions made on its results.
